Elsipogtog First Nation band council application for ex parte interlocutory injunction against SWN Resources Canada Inc. and Attorney General of New Brunswick, the Minister of Energy and Mines,and the Assembly of First Nations' Chiefs in New Brunswick Inc. (Assembly) as respondents.

The band council was asking on -- "an extremely urgent basis" -- that all SWN operations under oil and gas licences be suspended, incliding all exploration for shale gas
